About me

I’m a developer and data enthusiast, currently on parental leave, getting settled in Boston, and job hunting. I most recently worked as a Data Specialist for the Connecticut RISE Network, a data-driven education non-profit in New Haven. Before that, I was a Political Science graduate student at Yale, where I discovered my love for programming through coursework in computational statistics and quantitative research methods.

I primarily use Python and Go for general programming and web development, and R for stats and data work. I always like trying out new languages (like Julia, which I find super interesting). I’m particularly interested in the role that data and software tools can play in non-profits and organizations that advance social good.
